Why is my New Balance NZ 15% welcome code not working?

The Welcome to NB Family 15% Off code works only for new online newsletter subscribers. You must use your unique code online within 90 days of issue, and it can be redeemed only once.

The code applies to full price items and cannot be combined with another offer. MADE styles, collaborations and Gift Cards are excluded.

For example, the code takes $30 off an eligible $200 full price order, reducing it to $170 before delivery charges.

Pro tip: Test the code with an eligible full price item by itself to see whether another product in your bag is blocking the discount.

Can I use a New Balance promo code on Clearance items?

No. New Balance marks down Clearance styles directly and does not combine Clearance pricing with another offer. The welcome code is also limited to full price styles.
