How to Save at New Balance

Sign up for the NB Family 15% discount:New subscribers get a unique 15% discount code that's valid for 90 days. This applies to full-price styles only and excludes MADE products, collaborations, and gift cards. Just enter the code at checkout. It can't be used with other promotions.
Shop the Clearance section for 30% to 45% off:Check out the Clearance page for savings. You'll find most items marked down by 30% and premium models up to 45% off. These are prices as marked, so you don't need an extra code.
Spend $100 to get free delivery:Orders of $100 or more qualify for free shipping via NZ Post. Smaller orders incur a $5.00 delivery fee. Delivery to P.O. boxes isn't available, and you should allow 2 to 3 extra working days for arrival during sale periods.
Get a manual discount for exchange-equivalent orders:The website doesn't process direct exchanges. You'll need to return your item and place a new order. If your original purchase used a promotional price, contact customer care and they can manually apply that discount to your new order.
Use free returns within 60 days:You can return unworn items in their original packaging within 60 days for free. Generate a prepaid label through the official returns portal. Final sale items can't be returned.
Manage payments with interest-free installments:New Balance accepts Afterpay for interest-free payment plans.

New Balance NZ promo code FAQs

Why is my New Balance NZ 15% welcome code not working?

The Welcome to NB Family 15% Off code works only for new online newsletter subscribers. You must use your unique code online within 90 days of issue, and it can be redeemed only once.

The code applies to full price items and cannot be combined with another offer. MADE styles, collaborations and Gift Cards are excluded.

For example, the code takes $30 off an eligible $200 full price order, reducing it to $170 before delivery charges.

Pro tip: Test the code with an eligible full price item by itself to see whether another product in your bag is blocking the discount.

Can I use a New Balance promo code on Clearance items?

No. New Balance marks down Clearance styles directly and does not combine Clearance pricing with another offer. The welcome code is also limited to full price styles.

Can I buy a New Balance eGift Card with a promo code?

No. New Balance does not allow voucher codes on eGift Card purchases, and Gift Cards are excluded from the welcome offer.

How do I keep my promo price when I need a different size?

Start a return because New Balance does not process direct online exchanges. Once the return is confirmed, contact Customer Care with your original order details.

New Balance may provide a discount code or adjust the replacement order to match the original promotional price. Call 0800 764 902 or email [email protected].

Pro tip: Contact Customer Care before placing the replacement order to avoid paying the current price and needing a later adjustment.

Can I use New Balance Member Rewards vouchers online?

No. The Member Rewards In Store Program is available only at participating New Balance retail stores, and its benefits must be redeemed in store.

Members receive 10% off their next transaction, a $10 birthday month voucher and a $10 voucher whenever their in-store spending reaches $200.

Where can I find New Balance NZ promo codes?

Check DontPayFull for verified New Balance NZ promo codes, then check New Balance NZ's Promotions page and email newsletter. New online newsletter subscribers receive a unique Welcome to NB Family 15% Off code, subject to its eligibility rules.
