Why is my Adidas promo code not working?
The error message usually identifies the problem.
If Adidas shows This code has already been redeemed or is no longer valid., the code may have expired or reached its one-use limit. This can also happen after a failed payment attempt if the system has already marked the code as used.
If Adidas shows This promotion can't be used on these items. Click here to see eligible products., at least one product does not meet the offer terms. It may be reduced, from the outlet or part of an excluded product range. Eligibility can differ between colours of the same shoe.
The code must also have been issued for adidas.co.nz or the New Zealand app. A retail store voucher will not work online.
Pro tip: If a single-use code applied before a payment error and now appears redeemed, contact Adidas Customer Service. Entering it again will not restore it.
Which Adidas products are excluded from promo codes?
Standard online voucher codes apply only to full-price products. They exclude sale products, outlet articles, Watches, MiCoach devices, Boost, Superstars, licensed products and limited-release products.
An individual offer can expressly include eligible sale or outlet products. It can also exclude additional collections, products or colourways, so a full-price label does not guarantee eligibility.
Pro tip: If only one item is causing the error, remove it temporarily and apply the code again to identify the ineligible product without changing the rest of your bag.
Can I stack two Adidas codes or add a code to another promotion?
No, Adidas allows only one voucher at a time. An adiClub voucher cannot be combined with another voucher, discount code or promotion.
If Adidas has already applied a price automatically, you may have to choose between that price and your voucher rather than receiving both discounts.
How do adiClub discount vouchers work?
Joining adiClub provides a 10% welcome voucher. Members can also exchange Points to Spend for percentage vouchers.
A redeemed voucher normally:
- Remains valid for 90 days after redemption.
- Works once.
- Applies only to full-price products.
- Reduces product prices, not delivery charges.
- Cannot be combined with another code, voucher or promotion.
You can redeem Points to Spend for one voucher of each discount type every 30 days. For example, redeeming a 20% voucher stops you redeeming another 20% voucher during that period, but you may still redeem a different voucher type.
Can I get an Adidas student discount in New Zealand?
Yes, verified students can get 15% off through UNiDAYS for online and in-store purchases. You must verify that you are currently studying and repeat the verification every 12 months.
On an eligible $200 full-price purchase, 15% removes $30, so you pay $170.
Do I get my Adidas promo code back after a return or cancellation?
General promotion codes are not refunded or replaced when you return an order or Adidas cancels all or part of it.
An adiClub voucher bought with Points to Spend has a limited replacement process. For an eligible online change-of-mind return, contact Customer Service to request one replacement. If you later return a purchase made with that replacement, you will not receive another. For an in-store purchase, return to the store where you used the voucher.
