Why is my Taking Shape promo code not working?
A Taking Shape code can fail because of account, product, purchase, channel, expiry or country restrictions. Sign in first because some promo codes and member offers require the account that received them. Then check that:

Can I use a Taking Shape promo code on sale or clearance styles?
It depends on the type of offer. A standard promo code follows its campaign conditions. Some Taking Shape promotions apply only to full priced styles, while others apply specifically to reduced sale and clearance styles.
Rewards Vouchers, Birthday Vouchers and Anniversary Vouchers apply only to full priced styles. They do not reduce sale, clearance, temporarily promoted or otherwise reduced products.
The Click & Collect Bonus $10 In Store Voucher works on full priced, sale and clearance styles when you collect your parcel.
Can I stack Taking Shape promo codes or combine one with another offer?
Usually not. Taking Shape commonly states that an offer cannot be combined with another offer or discount. Rewards Vouchers cannot be used on promotional products or with another offer or discount unless Taking Shape expressly allows it.

How do I redeem a Taking Shape Rewards Voucher online in New Zealand?
Sign in to the account that received the voucher, continue to the payment screen and select Redeem Rewards Vouchers.
Your order must contain eligible full priced products. The voucher must be in NZD, unused and within its printed expiry date.
Use the full value in one transaction. If you have a $20 voucher and spend only $15 on eligible products, Taking Shape does not return the remaining $5 as change or credit.

Which Taking Shape shoppers qualify for member discounts?
New Rewards Extra members at Asset level receive a 25% off Welcome Offer for their first order. Programme vouchers are valid on full priced styles.
For example, if eligible full priced styles total NZ$160, Taking Shape takes off NZ$40, so you pay NZ$120.
Members at Silver level or higher receive tier-based Rewards Vouchers, Birthday Rewards and Anniversary Rewards. Silver begins at 250 points, and signed-in members earn one point for each NZ$1 spent on eligible purchases.
To receive a Birthday Voucher, you must be Silver or higher and add your birthday to your profile at least one month beforehand. Loyalty vouchers are subject to their expiry dates and the full priced product restriction.

Can I use my Taking Shape Click & Collect $10 voucher online?
No. The Bonus $10 In Store Voucher must be used at the Taking Shape boutique when you collect your parcel, with a minimum spend of NZ$10.
It works on full priced, sale and clearance styles, but not gift cards. You cannot combine it with another voucher or coupon. Taking Shape limits it to one voucher per person per day and gives no change.
